UK and International Shipping

UK shipping

We start processing orders swiftly and despatch as early as possible. We ask that customers allow 14 days for delivery but most parcels will be delivered in a much shorter time. Standard UK orders may wait a day or two for despatch so that we can group parcels for collection. Orders with UK Express delivery (currently unavailable) attached will be despatched the same or the next working day. Most UK parcels will be sent via Royal Mail (PO Boxes are acceptable) but some larger orders may be sent by UPS or another courier. If you order is going to be too large for your letterbox you can add any useful info, such as ‘Safe Place’, in the Notes and we will add it. If your order is over £100 (after tier or code discounts) FREE shipping will auto-apply.

International shipping

For the following European countries we are aiming to despatch orders via Parcelforce Euro Priority DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means we will cover VAT/Customs tax and you will have no further costs after checkout. We do not handle taxes directly, we simply aim to average out costs and cover whatever Parcelforce requires so that customers can have a smooth, easy experience. We will not accept returns/give refunds to anyone who refuses or neglects a parcel delivery. Strictly NO PO Boxes

USA and Hong Kong parcels may be sent by Parcelforce, UPS or DHL as both are considered ‘free ports’. US customers who spend over the high threshold for imports may have a small import tax cost which they will need to pay before the courier will complete delivery. PO Boxes are permissable for most US orders

The prices below are for shipping via Parcelforce Global Priority or occasionally DHL. Prices do not include VAT/Taxes and customers will need to pay any required costs before they will be able to receive their parcel. Tracking should be monitored. We do not accept International returns as there are large costs involved. We will not refund orders where the customer refuses or neglects delivery. We will not use UPS for the following countries due to their brokerage fees. Parcelforce and DHL tax bills will be appropriate to destination countries VAT rates and any additional handling fees will be reasonable. Strictly NO PO Boxes
