UK and International Shipping

UK shipping

We start processing orders swiftly and despatch as early as possible. We ask that customers allow 14 days for delivery but most parcels will be delivered in a much shorter time. Most Standard UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 and may wait a day or two for despatch so that we can group parcels for collection. We sometimes upgrade to Tracked 24. If you have not recieved an email with tracking number within a couple of days, check your Spam folder. UK Express orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be despatched the same or the next working day. We only use trackable shipping methods.

If you order is going to be too large for your letterbox you can add any useful info, such as ‘Safe Place’, in the Notes and we will add it. If you are sending a gift use the Notes section to ask us to hand write a message for the recipient.

If your order is over £100 (after tier or code discounts) FREE shipping will auto-apply.



International shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked or Parcelforce Priority for all International parcels as those options are available through one reliable UK based online system with no hidden costs at our end. There is no ‘Express’ option for International shipping, just one option for every country. All parcels can be tracked and most International parcels will be delivered within a couple of weeks.

It may be possible for us to cover small handling fees at our end but all customers should be prepared for the fact that their own authorities may choose to bill them for VAT, Customs etc. Make sure you have planned for that before ordering. We have also tried not to offer shipping to countries that have very harsh Customs that might return or destroy parcels for no reason. If you know that your country does not like parcels from the UK then either don’t order or Contact us to discuss how to proceed. We will NOT take responsibility for or refund refused, neglected, returned, or confiscated parcels.

You can use a P.O. Box shipping address if you live in USA or Cyprus. The majority of International customers should not use a P.O. Box address unless they have checked that it is deliverable.
