Spending money in a comic shop is not a comfortable feeling. I am a comic shop! But, behaving like a fan instead of a retailer and deciding what I really want to read (and pay for) was interesting. I mainly wanted Five Years but there were none. It has been a long time. Actually, one of the two comic shops in central Manchester had very few new releases available. I wonder just how much Diamond UK business has decreased since 2016. Buying comics at retail price certainly is effing expensive!

Now that the numbers are creeping up a tiny bit, some human interaction would cheer me up and let me know that its not just bots and people who just watch superhero movies and don't read comics.

What is your current top comic? If you could only buy one comic every month, what would it be? (Right now mine would definitely be Terry Moore's Five Years).
